Returns
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase or if you'd like to exchange your item, no problem! We have a simple, fast and easy return process.
Please Note: This online return option is for orders originating from arcticzone.com only within the last 30 days of your purchase.
Time Period
Regular Periods
Our Return / Refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase, not the date of first use of the product. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be purchased from ArcticZone.com within 30 days of your return request.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging (all product tags need to be attached).
Processing
Please take your order number and email address used from your original order and file your return or exchange request through our fast and easy "Returns and Exchanges Center": https://returns.arcticzone.com.
Returns will be inspected before a refund or exchange is given. We also do not accept products that have contained intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Gift cards are non-refundable
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (only valid purchases from arcticzone.com are acceptable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return / Refund policy begins from the date of purchase, not the date of first use of the product.
Customers will only receive refunds and/or a credit for the price of the product at time of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your financial institution and processing time).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately marked down, or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items under warranty if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@ca-innovations.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be advised of your return.
Return Shipping
To return your product please follow the steps to generate a return authorization which will generate a downloadable return shipping label through our Returns and Exchange Center: https://returns.arcticzone.com
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping label is prepaid, you will not be charged for return shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Tracking will be provided for exchange items.
